A light yellow colour with huge energy on the nose, a wine which is resisting the blandishments of the sun. This will need extra time in barrel according to Caroline. Notwithstanding their Btard Montrachet, this is often the great wine in the Jean Nol Gagnard cellar. There is a touch of youthful bitterness at the finish
