Hr. Skov Vinterbryg Jean Fillioux Cognac – Sedimentation is natural –Mr. Skov's Winter Brew is inspired by a Belgian Dubbel, where we have added lovely plum juice. The plums have been aged in a dark rum. This helps to give the beer a lovely depth. The winter brew has a beautiful brown color, aromas of caramel, licorice and malt, and a lovely taste of plum, prunes, raisin and caramel. A brew with lots of body that goes well with all the hearty winter dishes, the Danish lunch table or just for enjoyment during the cold
