The grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation, and the wine is gently aged in used barrels without fining, filtration, or unnecessary sulfur. The 2022 vintage was marked by warmth and generous fruit, giving this wine a more open and juicy expression than 2023 yet still retaining its freshness.
