and is bottled with minimal or no added sulfur

2022, Les Chambés Altesse The wine is made fromLes Chambs is a co fermented blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay from Pierre Bourliers terraced vineyards in Ardche. The grapes are spontaneously fermented on whole bunches and macerated for a week before destemming and a further two weeks of gentle extraction. After pressing, the wine is aged in amphorae for 12 months completely free of filtration, fining and added sulphur.
