We pick the green leaves for porse schnapps at the beginning of spring, and the branch with buds on it is collected in autumn winter. A characteristic, full and strong taste of fresh porce, but still softly rounded with licorice root. It is indispensable for the Danish lunch table and also for hot dishes.
