2021, LBV Rheingau Eleonora and Luigi from CrealtoQuinta do Infantado has been known since 1816 for making port directly on the quinta not in Vila Nova de Gaia which gives the wines a more terroir driven and less polished style. Their LBV follows the same philosophy: it ferments partially drier than classic port, with lower residual sugar and without heavy filtration. The wine ages for several years in wood before bottling and is bottled unfiltered so that it can develop further in the bottle, in
