The grapes are picked in March with a low yield of 22 25 hl ha. The wine is fermented in open vats with frequent stirring and undergoes malolactic fermentation in small oak barrels. It is aged for 17 months in French barriques, 20% of which are new. The nose offers notes of plums, herbs and vanilla. The palate is fresh
