2022, Bourgogne Aligoté Muscadet In the Danish inlet LimfjordenMaison en Belles Lies produces Aligot according to the very same principles as their red wines: biodynamic farming, hand harvesting, spontaneous fermentation, and no fining or filtration. The wine undergoes a calm levage in used barrels or tanks, depending on the vintage, and is bottled with minimal or no added sulfur. It is an Aligot in which the estates ideal of pure, undisturbed wines is central an honest expression of the grape and the terroir of
