Mouth filling and smooth, yet fresh, mineral and cool. Light hints of ripe yellow fruit, herbs and flint. Harmoniously balanced thanks to the ripe acidity, yet unmistakably Zieeisen. Perfect as a food accompaniment. This Pinot Gris has ageing potential of at least five years. Soil and microclimate: Jurassic limestone, partly with loess iron layer Age of the vines:
