The basis for this wine are almost 60 year old vines from the Krettnacher Euchariusberg vineyard. These old, low yielding vines produced small and highly aromatic grapes, which were harvested at the beginning of November, pressed directly and then aged in traditional Fuder barrels (1,000l oak barrels). Fine aromas of apples, white peach and lime,
