Bourgogne 2023 La Maison Romane Cabernet Sauvignon Un percorso pensato per costruirePinot Noir obtained from a vineyard of about 40 years called Les Loges exposed to the south east on clay limestone soils. Hand picked and produced with spontaneous fermentation in contact with its own skins for three weeks and aged in oak tonneaux for at least 12 months. Varied and fine aroma, broad in definition, attractive volume, generous in the mouth but with a fresh line. Nice long finish.
