The General Service Medal 1962 - 2007 is commonly known as the Campaign Service Medal 1962 as was awarded with a minimum of one campaign clasp (in the instance 'Borneo') and it is believed that a maximum of six clasp have been awarded on one medal

The General Service Medal with Borneo Clasp was awarded for 30 days service ashore

The clasp is sewn directly onto the ribbon

nurses and others employed in military hospitals who actually served in France or Belgium between the 5th August 1914 and midnight of 22-23rd November 1914
