The collar shape is absolutely typical of the period and the collars themselves are made up with a deliberately soft, non fused interfacing which gives an authentically gentle look but they can take separate collar stiffeners. The collar itself is approximately 3in long at the front point. We use a body pattern which is taken from original garments so the very opposite of slim fit.
