Columbia Winery Red Blend px Espolon Reposado Tequila starts offWinemaker Notes: After harvest, the grapes for our blend were destemmed and gently transferred to fermenters. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks for up to 10 days at a maximum temperature of 90 F. Throughout fermentation, we performed selective rack and returns on individual tanks for optimal extraction of color and flavor. This wine saw both French and American oak to create well integrated Flavors and a rich mouthfeel.
