Remoissenet Pere & Fils, Chablis Fourchaume Vintage:2018 pear and white flowers inA fresh and ripe nose reflects notes of quinine, essence of pear, soft wood and just enough Chablis character to be persuasive. The rich yet restrained and well detailed flavors possess an attractive mouthfeel along while concluding in a citrusy and agreeably dry finish. Once again, this delicious effort needs a bit more depth.
