All 3 fermentation vessels come complete with tight fitting lids, pre bored with holes and fitted with a rubber grommets. The rubber grommets ensure that, when the airlocks are fitted into the lid holes, they create a tight seal. The three airlocks are designed to allow air out of the buckets during fermentation without allowing fruit
