Lone Birch Cabernet Sauvignon, 2018 yecla | Winemaker Notes |Black plum, black cherry, candied cinnamon, vanilla, hints of eucalyptus, green pepper, dried herbs + tobacco leaves. Taut palate of dark fruit, sage + bay leaf. Made by the Miller family of Airfield Estates who has farmed land in the Yakima Valley for over four generations, establishing their winery in 2005. Their Lone Birch line is named after the 70 year old Lone Birch Tree that resides amongst their vineyards. Yakima Valley, Washington
