Palate is minerally and linear with a soft edge of fresh squeezed lime. 100% Melon de Bourgogne from 35 year old vines in Muscadet Svre et Maine. The appellation is named after two rivers that cross the vineyards the Petite Maine and the Svre Nantaise southeast of Nantes.
