Jacquesson, Millesime Brut Zero The medium-bodied palate is chalkyThe last ever rendition of this cuve from Jacquesson, the 2002 Brut Millsime is aging well, offering up aromas of waxy citrus fruit, confit lemon, clear honey, walnut, dried flowers and honeyed pears. On the palate, it's medium to full bodied, layered and concentrated, with a broad attack and a fleshy core, with chalky structuring phenolics. This represents the end of an era for Jacquesson.
