Lafon Rochet other_regions (90-92)/2023+2014 was one of those vintages when it was impossible not to sit up and take notice of what was happening at Lafon Rochet. It's a totally brilliant wine bristling with energy, showing rich black fruits, cassis, liquorice and dark chocolate, all bound in a silky texture. It's still very young and tight, but manages to deliver and then some. In 2014 the vineyard was biodynamic across 10ha of the 40ha. 50% new oak. 3. 8pH.
