INNER PRIMARY COVER Softail 94-06 Touring Extended fuel mixture screwDescription Replacement inner primary cover for Big Twin models. Note: 89 93 Softail inner primary covers are identical to 94 98 Softail models. The only difference is the larger diameter starter shaft bushing hole in 89 93 models. When installing a 'metal filler', it will enable you to install the smaller 94 98 starter shaft bushing. Then the 89 93 inner cover will fit 94 98 Softail models. Fitment 94 06 Softail
