Welcome to FindUsedCarz (“Platform”), owned and operated by Elegant General Trading FZC LLC – Ajman, United Arab Emirates (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

FindUsedCarz is a digital platform owned and operated by Elegant General Trading FZC LLC – Ajman, UAE. All car listings are uploaded by licensed dealerships. FindUsedCarz does not participate in the sale, negotiation, or transfer of ownership of vehicles.”

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of:

  • The FindUsedCarz website and subdomains

  • All tools, features, and services available on the Platform

  • Any interaction with Dealers via the Platform

By using the Platform, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
If you do not agree, you MUST stop using the Platform immediately.

1. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

FINDUSEDCARZ IS NOT A CAR DEALER.
FINDUSEDCARZ DOES NOT SELL VEHICLES.
FINDUSEDCARZ DOES NOT VERIFY VEHICLES.
FINDUSEDCARZ DOES NOT VERIFY DEALERS OR LICENSES.
FINDUSEDCARZ IS AN ADVERTISING PLATFORM ONLY.

2. NATURE OF OUR SERVICE

2.1 The Platform provides advertising space where licensed third-party car dealerships (“Dealers”) upload and manage vehicle listings.

2.2 We do NOT:

  • Buy, sell, or own vehicles

  • Inspect, test, drive, or evaluate vehicles

  • Verify mileage, condition, history, accidents, or ownership

  • Verify RTA paperwork

  • Verify service records

  • Verify chassis or VIN numbers

  • Verify the legal authorization of any Dealer

  • Guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by Dealers or users

  • Guarantee that any vehicle is real, available, or accurately described

  • Participate in negotiations

  • Participate in contracts

  • Collect or hold payments

  • Provide financing or insurance

  • Offer legal, technical, or financial advice

We ONLY allow Dealers to post their listings for public viewing.

3. DEALER RESPONSIBILITY

Dealers are fully, solely, and 100% legally responsible for:

  • The accuracy and truthfulness of all listing information

  • Uploading REAL photos of the vehicle (not stock photos, not old photos)

  • Truthfully disclosing any damages, accidents, repairs, or modifications

  • Providing true and complete service history if claimed

  • Declaring genuine mileage (not tampered or rolled back)

  • Ensuring ownership status is correct

  • Ensuring the car is not under finance unless disclosed

  • Ensuring all posted prices are correct

  • Following UAE consumer protection laws

  • Removing listings immediately after a sale

FindUsedCarz does NOT verify dealer trade licenses.
FindUsedCarz does NOT verify uploaded trade license copies.
FindUsedCarz does NOT confirm whether a license is real, valid, expired, revoked, or fraudulent.

All dealer-provided documentation is accepted AS-IS, with NO verification.

ANY misrepresentation by a Dealer is the Dealer’s legal responsibility alone.
FindUsedCarz and Elegant General Trading FZC LLC are NOT liable.

4. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY

Buyers agree that they MUST:

  • Inspect the car in person

  • Verify car condition independently

  • Check service history directly

  • Check accident history directly

  • Verify VIN/chassis number themselves

  • Verify the Dealer’s trade license themselves

  • Check RTA ownership records

  • Verify mileage authenticity

  • Check if the car is under mortgage

  • Verify location, availability, and specifications

  • Confirm all details directly with the Dealer

Buyers acknowledge that all risks, responsibilities, and due diligence obligations are 100% theirs.

FindUsedCarz is NOT responsible for:

  • Fake ads

  • Fake prices

  • Fake claims

  • Fake mileage

  • Fake service history

  • Fake “GCC spec” labels

  • Fake licenses

  • Miscommunication between buyer and Dealer

  • Disputes between buyer and Dealer

  • Car quality issues

  • Any losses, damages, or harm caused by Dealers

5. ZERO VERIFICATION POLICY

FindUsedCarz does NOT verify:

❌ Dealer identity
❌ Dealer trade license authenticity
❌ Dealer trade license validity
❌ Dealer legal ability to sell cars
❌ Dealer business status
❌ Dealer RTA compliance
❌ Dealer criminal background
❌ Car condition
❌ Mileage
❌ Accident history
❌ Ownership
❌ Finance status
❌ Service history
❌ Photos
❌ Car location
❌ Price accuracy
❌ Car availability
❌ Any paperwork or documents

Every piece of information on the Platform is provided by a Dealer.
We do NOT review, verify, audit, validate, or authenticate it.

6. ZERO INVOLVEMENT IN TRANSACTIONS

FindUsedCarz:

  • Does NOT negotiate

  • Does NOT communicate on behalf of anyone

  • Does NOT draft contracts

  • Does NOT inspect vehicles

  • Does NOT arrange payments

  • Does NOT hold deposits

  • Does NOT handle ownership transfer

  • Does NOT mediate disputes

  • Does NOT guarantee successful transactions

All communication and transactions are directly between buyer and Dealer.

7. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND

FindUsedCarz provides the Platform AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE, WITHOUT ANY:

  • Express warranty

  • Implied warranty

  • Guarantee

  • Certification

  • Vetting

  • Endorsement

  • Approval

  • Assurance

We do NOT guarantee:

  • Accuracy

  • Completeness

  • Safety

  • Legal compliance

  • Authenticity

  • Truthfulness

  • Availability

  • Honesty

  • Performance

EVERYTHING is provided WITHOUT WARRANTY.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (SUPER STRONG)

To the MAXIMUM extent allowed by UAE law:

FindUsedCarz, Elegant General Trading FZC LLC, and all owners/employees/partners are NOT liable for ANY:

  • Loss

  • Damage

  • Injury

  • Fraud

  • Misrepresentation

  • Financial loss

  • Emotional distress

  • Hidden defects

  • Disputes

  • Scams

  • Misconduct by Dealers

  • Errors in listings

  • Downtime

  • Technical issues

  • Deleted data

  • Bugs

  • Virus issues

  • Website issues

Our total liability, in ALL circumstances combined, is limited to ONE DIRHAM (AED 1).

No matter what happens, the MAXIMUM you can claim is AED 1.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

Users and Dealers agree to indemnify and fully protect FindUsedCarz and Elegant General Trading FZC LLC against ANY:

  • Claim

  • Complaint

  • Lawsuit

  • Investigation

  • Penalty

  • Fine

  • Legal demand

  • Damage

  • Loss

  • Legal fees

Caused by:

  • Dealer misconduct

  • Dealer fraud

  • Fake documents

  • Fake licences

  • Fake listings

  • Buyer actions

  • Buyer misuse

  • Violations of UAE law

  • Any transaction between buyer and Dealer

10. DISPUTES

Any dispute is between buyer and Dealer.
FindUsedCarz is not a party.

You agree that:

  • You will NOT involve FindUsedCarz in disputes

  • You will NOT attempt to hold FindUsedCarz liable

  • You will NOT pursue legal action against FindUsedCarz for any Dealer action

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms follow UAE law.
